  1. Create availability

    Set up your event with one or more dates and locations. Define time slots. The platform is event-scoped so participants see only what applies to them.

  2. Send a link (SMS or email)

    Upload a CSV or add participants, then send each person a unique scheduling link by SMS or email. One link per participant—they can book or reschedule in one click.

  3. Participants confirm

    Participants open the link, choose a date/location (if multiple), pick a time slot, and confirm. Optional: add IVR-Automation so they can call for IVR and voice support.

  4. Confirmations & reminders

    Automated confirmation by email and SMS. Send reminders before the event. All from one platform—no manual follow-up.

  5. IVR-Automation (optional)

    On the IVR-Automation plan, callers hear your IVR and AI voice assistant for routing and event support. Starter and Professional continue with link, email, SMS, and phone-number workflows.
