Create events with single or multiple dates and locations. Set event-scoped availability so time slots apply only to that event. Participants get a unique link, choose date and location (if you offer options), then pick a time slot and confirm. One-time-use links keep bookings consistent and avoid double-booking. This is the core flow for studies, clinics, conferences, and any team that runs named events with a fixed set of invitees.

Upload participants via CSV (email and/or phone, optional name). Send bulk invites by email or SMS from the event page; each person receives a unique scheduling link. Confirmation flows run automatically. Participant limits and event counts align with your plan: Trial for evaluation, Starter and Professional for production workflows, and IVR-Automation for higher volume.

Roles (admin, super_admin, patient) support least-privilege and access reviews. Invite by email; members accept via invite link. Audit trail records actions with opaque resource IDs—no PHI or PII in logs—so you can run accountability and compliance reviews.

Built for production and industry use: encryption at rest, TLS in production, and audit logs that store only opaque IDs and action types—no sensitive data in application logs. Role-based access and configurable retention support accountability and compliance (e.g. HIPAA-aware design, BAA-ready where you sign with vendors). The same baseline applies across healthcare, events, education, and professional services; you remain responsible for your industry-specific obligations and BAAs with Twilio, email, and cloud providers where required.
