The HIPAA Pack is available as a +$150/month add-on on Professional and IVR Automation plans. It activates:
- BAA available upon request — we will sign a Business Associate Agreement with your organization
- Consent recording per participant (study participation, data sharing, and custom types)
- Right-to-delete (HIPAA erasure) — removes participant from 6 collections in one operation
- Participant data export (right-to-access) — structured JSON of all records for a participant
- Audit log CSV export — downloadable from the dashboard, no PHI stored in any log entry
Data storage: MongoDB Atlas, US region. TLS enforced in production. Encryption at rest enabled at the provider level. No PHI in application or audit logs.
